Detour submission terms.

These terms govern place recommendations and detour submissions sent through PPSC Social’s “Submit a Detour” form on ppsccounsel.com. They apply to anyone who submits a detour through that form.

Do not submit confidential, proprietary, privileged, trade-secret, personal health, financial, or other sensitive information belonging to you or anyone else.

Do not submit another person’s private contact information or personally identifying information without authorization.

By submitting a detour, you represent that the information reflects your own knowledge, experience, or honestly held opinion and that you have the right to submit it.

Do not submit content that is knowingly false or misleading, defamatory, libelous, threatening, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, obscene, sexually explicit, unlawful, infringing, invasive of another person’s privacy, or otherwise inappropriate.

You retain ownership of content you submit.

By submitting content directly through this form, you grant PPSC Counsel a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, edit, adapt, excerpt, display, publish, distribute, and otherwise use the submission in connection with PPSC Counsel’s website, Social content, social media, communications, marketing, and other lawful business purposes, subject to applicable law.

PPSC Counsel may review, decline, edit for length, grammar, clarity, style or formatting, remove, or choose not to use any submission in its discretion.

PPSC Counsel may identify the business, venue, or location being recommended. Do not identify a private individual unless you have the right and permission to do so.

Submitting a detour does not create an attorney-client relationship, a prospective attorney-client relationship, a fiduciary relationship, a professional relationship, or any obligation for PPSC Counsel to respond.

Do not use this form for legal questions, requests for representation, active matters, legal deadlines, or time-sensitive communications. For legal inquiries, visitors should use the existing contact intake process.

Submission does not guarantee publication, acknowledgement, inclusion, recommendation, or endorsement. PPSC Counsel is not required to compensate you or obtain additional approval for uses permitted by this license.

PPSC Counsel does not independently verify every third-party submission and does not warrant or guarantee its accuracy. Detours and recommendations are provided for general informational and entertainment purposes. Businesses, locations, menus, hours, pricing, availability, ownership, personnel, conditions, and experiences can change.

Visitors should independently determine whether a recommendation is appropriate for them. Participation in travel, dining, activities, events, or other experiences mentioned in a detour is undertaken at the visitor’s own discretion and risk. PPSC Counsel is not responsible for the acts, omissions, products, services, safety, accessibility, availability, or conduct of third-party businesses, venues, locations, or individuals referenced in detours.

If PPSC Counsel has a material financial, promotional, sponsorship, or other relationship with a featured business, PPSC Counsel may display an appropriate disclosure.
